Who controls your information

Kinly is an independently operated service based in Cyprus. For privacy questions, access, correction, withdrawal of consent or deletion requests, contact Kinly support.

What we collect

When you create an account or reserve a seat, we collect your first name, declared age, verified email address, chosen table, seat number and reservation time. You may optionally add one profile photograph.

Why and legal basis

We use these details to authenticate your account, place you in an appropriate age group, reserve your seat, contact you about the outing and operate the service. The main legal basis is your consent and the steps you request us to take. You may withdraw consent at any time.

Profile photographs

A profile photograph is optional and used for private account review and safety. It is not displayed publicly or to other guests. Removing your photograph or deleting your account removes it from the active profile.

Who can see it

Your account and reservation details are visible only to the Kinly organiser and necessary service providers. Other guests cannot browse your contact information or photograph. Information is not sold or used for advertising.

Retention

Inactive accounts and uncompleted reservations are deleted or anonymised according to Kinly’s retention schedule, normally within 12 months of inactivity. Necessary safety and communication records may be retained for up to 24 months after an outing.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may request access, a copy, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or withdrawal of consent, and may complain to the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection in Cyprus.

Security

Kinly uses encrypted transmission, short-lived sign-in codes, private sessions and restricted administrator access.

Children

Kinly is for adults aged 18 and over.
