Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18, provide your genuine age and accurate account information, and use Kinly only for lawful, genuine friendship purposes. You are responsible for activity performed through your verified email session.

Nature of the service

Kinly lets adults reserve one of four places at a themed friendship outing. When enough participants register, Kinly may arrange a public venue and contact the guests. A reservation does not guarantee compatibility, attendance, friendship, a particular venue or date. Kinly is not a dating, therapy, counselling or emergency service.

Respect and safety

You must not harass, stalk, discriminate, impersonate, threaten, pressure or exploit another person. Meet only at the public, staffed venue confirmed by Kinly and use your own judgement.

Reservations

Each account may reserve only one seat at the same table. Kinly may contact you to confirm availability before arranging the outing. Payment, cancellation and refund terms will be displayed before any paid reservation is activated.

Accurate age and identity

Kinly may cancel a reservation, request reasonable verification, or suspend an account where the declared age, photograph or identity information appears false. A profile photograph is not proof of identity or age.

Suspension

Kinly may refuse or cancel a reservation or suspend participation where reasonably necessary for safety, integrity, legal compliance or misuse prevention.

Liability

Kinly facilitates introductions but cannot control participants’ conduct or guarantee outcomes. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under Cyprus or EU law.
